2. Quality & Care

We specialize in Anti-Tarnish Jewelry. This means each piece has a protective coating to preserve its luster. To ensure your jewelry lasts:

• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and sanitizers.

• Store in the provided Nooha by Saba pouch when not in use.

• We are not responsible for tarnishing due to improper storage or chemical exposure.

3. Orders & Shipping

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after it has been dispatched.

• Delivery timelines are handled by third-party couriers. While we aim for speed, we are not liable for external delays.

4. Returns & Damages

• Hygiene Policy: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.

• Damaged Goods: If your piece arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours with a mandatory unboxing video. Without a video, we cannot process a replacement.
