​At Nooha by Saba, we want you to love every piece of jewellery you receive. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

​1. Returns & Exchanges

​To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
​Due to hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings may not be eligible for return unless they are defective

​2. Damaged or Defective Items
​We take great care in packaging, but if you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery.
​Important: We highly recommend filming an unboxing video when you first open your package. This helps us process your claim for damaged items quickly.

​3. Non-Returnable Items
​Items bought during a Sale or using a promotional discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

​Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
