At Nooha by Saba, we want you to love every piece of jewellery you receive. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We offer a [ 7-days] return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings may not be eligible for return unless they are defective
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging, but if you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery.
Important: We highly recommend filming an unboxing video when you first open your package. This helps us process your claim for damaged items quickly.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Items bought during a Sale or using a promotional discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
